Tammy is the best. Super friendly and very very caring. The tooth extraction was painfull but it was nice to have Tammy and Dr. Jacob around. They took care of me and i knew i was in right hands. I highly recommend get your oral work done at Parkway Dental. They are professional and very very nice staff.
The Team at Parkway Dental are incredible. I've said it before and I'll definitely say it again: Top Notch Staff and a relaxing, modern environment. They have helped me beyond words on many occasions and I'm grateful for such helpful and kind staff. They have services available for folks/kids to help with any anxiety or issues specific to that person. If anyone reading this has hesitancy, fear or apprehension about receiving dental work and have been putting off going to a dentist, then, please, wait no more! I didn't. The friendly and compassionate Team can help you. They helped me and I'm no cake walk, that's for sure.
Great experience overall. I am a new patient there and everything was flawless. From booking the appointment, to the reminders, online forms, initial visit, and cleaning appointment. High tech facility. I really liked on how the person was explaining me bunch of stuff she was looking at on the x-ray and the photos. Very impressed
Disappointed with their service. They aim for a very fancy and expensive vibe while patients are looking for quality dental care. They recommend a tons of services not covered by my dental insurance, and once the concern with dental insurance coverage is raised, they become cold/indifference and gave you a talk about “it’s up to you whether you do what your teeth need or go with what your insurance provides”. This talk has been given by both the dentist and their supporting staff. I’m looking for another place already regretting already spending money there for all the initial checkup. I have no idea how they got all the five stars.
Excellent visit from beginning to end! Every single person I've dealt with at Parkway Dental has been polite, professional and pleasant. I have never felt rushed, all of my questions were answered, procedures explained, and several options for treatment given. I am very satisfied with the service and treatment I received.
