Forget what you know about the dentist, this place is amazing! I have overcome my dental anxiety here (sedation doesn’t hurt ????), and both of my kids have had the best experiences here. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially young kids.
Today I had my first appointment to get two lower crowns replaced on my left side. Last month, I had two lower crowns replaced on my right side and I am so happy with them. Dr Neil and her assistant did a fabulous job, and my two new crowns look very real. There's a fair bit of work involved in replacing crowns, especially getting two done at once. On both occasions, Dr Neil was so professional and always let me know exactly what she was doing every step of the way. She checked in with me continuously to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I needed anything, such as a little break. I have incredible confidence in Dr Neil and Westshore Dental. I am happy to write this review because not only was it one quarter the price of other places I went to for estimates, I received exceptional care and a beautiful result.
DR. Motet and staff are amazing! I went in needing help with a broken tooth and she and her staff promptly and efficiently helped to fix it and were so personable! I am bringing my two boys here for their dental from now on. I would highly recommend.

Your kindness, flexibility and professionalism certainly put us at ease, and I'm happy to know that she has a great team of dentists to take care of her. I highly recommend Westshore Dental Centre for people living in the area.
While the dentist I've been seeing is just an artisan in his work, I must say the front office is confused and unable to keep their promises. Almost every time I make an appointment I am eventually called to reschedule. For today's appointment at first I was called to come in at an earlier time, then following that I was called and told they had to cancel my appointment. I have no idea why the front office is so confused... perhaps they need someone else. All I get are excuses, not service. When I mentioned that today the response I got from the front office was "oh they blame us for everything". This is not the response one expects as a customer. I think it may be time for me to find a new dentist... and it's not about the doctor, it's about the front office staff... I am NOT impressed, at all.
